Y2K bug: The first hit (Canada) << You should realize here, in case you've never received this sort of notice from the provincial government, that these letters are basically a threat. In the form letter you are threatened, if you do not promptly pay your moving vehicle offence, with everything from suspension of your driver's licence to liens on your house to garnishment of your wages to court arrest, the full government monty. So, when was Ms. Herwig speeding? According to the provincial government, it happened on Aug. 12, 2097.
