In the form letter you are threatened, if you do not promptly pay your moving vehicle offence, with everything from suspension of your driver's licence to liens on your house to garnishment of your wages to court arrest, the full government monty.

So, when was Ms. Herwig speeding? According to the provincial government, it happened on Aug. 12, 2097. She was convicted of the offence (she couldn't make it to court that day) the following month, on Sept. 26, 2097. >>
