What you are saying makes no sense. Why would FLC be making premature payments of over $300,000 on some of the CDG notes as announced yesterday if they couldn't make payments on a $10M loan?
Also, I noticed that on their last 10Q form it says they had $67.7 million in cash and $82 million in short term investments.

Are you sure that these so called rumors are referring to FLC and not another oil company?

This seems to be the relevant quote. If so, it refers to a private firm, not FLC:
