Oh, I didn't know he concluded suicide. I thought he just concluded he didn't have conclusive evidence that would support a conspiracy case. I agree, it is odd.

Starr is making a surgical strike. Someone somewhere decided Clinton doesn't serve their purposes any more and they're using this to diminish his power.

Starr ignores things like Foster and such because investigating these things might expose something the american people couldn't handle without blood in the streets.
