Veronex Announces New Teaming Agreement With Management Systems and Training Technology, Co.
IRVINE, Calif., Feb. 12 /PRNewswire/ -- The Board of Directors of VERONEX TECHNOLOGIES, INC. (''Veronex'') (OTC Bulletin Board: VXTK - news) today announced that Veronex has entered into a Teaming Agreement with Management Systems and Training Technology, Co. (''MSTT''), an established IT services company based in Arlington, Virginia.
Veronex and MSTT will jointly pursue select applications development and applications management outsourcing business in the U.S. Government sector. Veronex will benefit from MSTT's established relationship with Federal agencies, such as the U.S. Immigration and Naturalization Service, Customs, the Federal Aviation Administration, Department of Defense Overseas Dependents' Schools, and the United States Department of Education. MSTT has also done work in public school systems, and such non-Governmental customers as the Network of Employers for Traffic Safety. MSTT will take advantage of Veronex's innovative I|Nova System for solving the Year 2000 computer problem and for improving the time-to-market, quality and cost of applications development and management.
