RDIM Relevant Information:

OK so far in private messages and on the thread I have accounted for around 200,000 shares. That may not sound like a lot to many of you but let me share something else with you. RDIM is now in the process of making acquisitions in part because they were able to raise necessary funding. The reason that the float was listed as 2.5 million the other day instead of the estimated 1.5 million listed at the Small Cap Journal site is because that funding was raised.

How do I know? I was in that private placement. I also know my certificates and the certificates of all the other members of the private placement are on there way to our own solid little hands right now. Why is this important? Because RDIM does not make it's business plan work unless the stock price appreciates. It is the value of those shares that makes other private wholesale clubs want to join RDI Marketing. Keep those PM's coming because as far as I can tell we only have around 1 million shares unaccounted for at the present time.

GO RDIM!

Regards, Jeff
