No. We need only go to 37.5. Assuming this move tops in the neighborhood of 50, then a retrace down to 37 would close the gap. Anywhere from from 37 down to the low 30's should provide a good reentry point.

Further thought:
It may take time to fill the gap. On the way down there were two gaps: the first from 45.5 to 43+ in November of '98 which we haven't filled yet and the second from 32 to 31 in February of '98. Since these occurred when the stock had major negative momentum, it could be that we are seeing the opposite now and it may take some time to fill this last one. You don't know but it gives you something to talk about when you get tired of counting your profits!
