The number of NYSE stocks above their 200 day moving average
declined further today to 30%.

Good observation...

I've noticed that when the % of stocks above their 200 day MA and 40 day average are also below their 10 day MA, it's not a good time to be long... A crossover of the 10 day MA is bullish when it coincides with positive market breadth...
