Okay, let's frame the 'Stock Thread' issue as a question.

Here's a scale:

.....1..............2............3............4..........5.........
Never Would Even Sometimes Would Not Want
Bother Reading I'll To Buy A Stock
Them Before Buying Glance Without At Least
A Particular Stock First Reading What
They Actually Will People Are Saying
Do More Harm On The Thread

On the above 1-to-5 scale, where would you put yourself in relation to
reading the threads on various stocks you are considering?
What's your rationale?

(Richard, please give your opinion as well.)

Nicholas

RE: "I2, my basic point was that letting your emotions affect your buying and selling of stocks is dangerous and the stock topics do a very good job of feeding those emotions."

I agree with that completely.

Best wishes,

I2

And you are RIGHT!!! TA is the BEST way to take the emotion out of trading..... In most cases, it is the people who can not do this that lose money and then blame TA for it.... When Your System tells you to sell, you must sell....... When Your System tells you to buy, you must buy....

It works when you work it....
