Glenn, I agree. Anyone investing 15 million in a company before their product is officially launched must have checked every nook and cranny of the technology,management and business model.This makes me very confident and makes me wonder how many agreements like this one we will see in the near future.I hope Dan's presentation was effective in Illinois.Based on some of the significant buys at the close ,I have a feeling it might have been. Looking forward to Tomorrow!

Dear Glenn, "My guess is that there is a conversion privilege somewhere in the $15-20 range." My understanding last week was that the conversion price was set at market close when deal was signed. It was not lower then that. If anyone has additional info let us know.
