Cima, I just skimmed this article (http://www.weatherallusa.com/bunka-9901.htm) by Chris Bunka, always cautious of a guy who starts off breaking his arm patting himself on the back. This so called news letter writer should have phoned the company and asked for IR, did not take a whole lot of DD to uncover a barrage of problems. You ask who's dumping, ROTFLMAO, probably Chris Bunks, however more likely he dumped at a higher price along with the Miami Vice.
