< who's dumping? Whoever it is they have no interest in the future of the company. It seems like they are out to inflict as much short-term damage as possible to current management and shareholders.>

Good question. Pinning blame isn't going to help any of us much. The trick I think now is to find out what is actually going on, as best we can, and then all interested shareholders do what we can to help the situation.

< I know he is getting married as all of this is going on and it must be incredibly stressful for him.>

That, about 3 hours sleep a night, strep throat, a zillion phone calls coming in, and the aggravation caused by this thread, me included, and I feel for him.

<Perhaps a PP (504?) with warrants attached to current shareholders (if sweet enough), once it can be demonstrated a sales contract is in place, would work.>

I'd like to hear more about something like this.

Cima, I just skimmed this article (http://www.weatherallusa.com/bunka-9901.htm) by Chris Bunka, always cautious of a guy who starts off breaking his arm patting himself on the back. This so called news letter writer should have phoned the company and asked for IR, did not take a whole lot of DD to uncover a barrage of problems.

You ask who's dumping, ROTFLMAO, probably Chris Bunks, however more likely he dumped at a higher price along with the Miami Vice.
