Spoke this morning with Mr. Jeff Richards, Exec. VP of Today.com Mr. Richards assured me that things are progressing very well at the company. As you may know, the financing for the further developmental costs of Webware software modules is a central issue for the company. Several parties have expressed interest in financing and this is still under negotiation. Obviously, he could not say how soon we will hear an announcement. The Webware modules continue to be developed and additional employees have been added. Their near term finances are in good shape. Their primary interest is in developing a completed package of modules rather than focusing on customized service for clients; ie a 'shrinked-wrap, or off the shelf product that can be quickly and effectively implemented by customers. Plus the added benefit of being part of the Today.com network. For specifics on the software see www.today.com or the interview with the CEO:Note: Audio interview available of TODY CEO at: wallstreetreporter.com The stock has drifted down but this has not by any means been tied to current developments. Recently, in fact, the announcement of Advertising.com & Retirement.com generated several prospective partners. Negotiations are going forward there as well. I also spoke briefly with Mr. Lars Nielson in Sales & Marketing. Several of the modules are now in beta. Law.com is of course, up and doing terrific. Mr. Nielson predicts approximately 4 months 'til completion of the module suite. Webware will cover a much larger scope of website development features than what is currently on the market. Overall, my impression from talking to these gentleman was very positive and I continue to remain long on TODY. As new developments could significantly impact this stock and the very small number of shares in the public float, I do not feel inclined to sell any of my position but rather add on dips.
