Chen 1st Pwcc owns 329,000 shares of flashnet. I don't know if they are selling any shares or they are holding all of their shares.
Simple math is if they're not selling they own 329,000 x the market value of flashnet after the ipo. If flahnet gets to 50, pwcc's stake will be worth $16.5 million. pwcc has 3.25 million shares outstanding the $16.5 divided by 3.25 = $5. Flashnet is worth $5 to pwcc shareholder of course if flashnet trades to 50.

Chen am i still missing something
