Potential:

This is my opinion only! Be sure to do your own DD!

Based upon 4 hospital centers treating 10 patients a month and an evaluation of 30 times earning, share price should reach $5.00. If they are successful in opening 10 centers by the end of 1999, I will expect to do quite well with this company by the end of this year.

This company appears to be for real. Consider their foundation:

Dicussions are under way with the US Penal System for the Western United States, (14 facilities) to replace their current detox system which cost $10,000 and takes 22 days with the more effective CITA system which cost $7,000 and takes 4-6 hours.

Certainly from an investors posture this penal correction market is very important. Current methodologies are more expensive with lower rates of success.

NARCANON is a non profit organization that uses a very lengthy and painful remediation process. The DTOX cocktail of FDA approved drugs is painless and 100% effective. Meaning none have ever failed at receiving the treatment itself which takes only a few hours.

If we extrapolate the correctional facility numbers you have depicted then we are talking about $20 million annual gross revenues from just these 14 correctional facilities. How many correctional facilities do you think might consider using CITA's - Ultra Rapid Opiate Detoxification technology?

Can you imagine what the various insurance company providers must be thinking? I would expect the $7,000 outlay for this program would be endeared by most as an alternative to paying off prematurely on a life insurance policy from an overdose or accident by their addicted insured.
