LOL..its late so it took me awhile to notice that the description of a " fast modem" was written a few years earlier. So with 56k commonplace nowadays, we only need an improvement by a factor of 172. See, progress already...lol. Of course at each step along the way, it will be possible to deliver a higher and higher quality. While I think the TVontheweb picture and sound are OK, and the idea exciting, I personally find that the frequent buffering almost makes it unwatchable. Maybe I have to try it at different hours.
