why declare 7 or 11 when you have no debt?

And positive free cash flow....

(PR News. San Diego) For the first time in the history of the Bankruptcy court, a US company has filed for protection under Chapter 7 of the Bankruptcy code for demonstrating excess ability to pay creditors. A spokesman for the company, Jingle Jeans (JJ) Jaferty discussed the conundrum of carrying to much cash on the balance sheet. "We have done everything in our power to liquidate our cash position, but it continues to pile up." Jaferty further commented that he would like to put investors in the company in the same position so they could "feel his pain".

The company is currently exploring options to restructure its investments and hopes to avoid the "growing concern" comment by the new U.S. audit firm, Green, Grinning and Gnostic (GG&G).
