Scoob ... I think Jack was just picking up on the messages Gator and I exchanged about the higher level of depreciation. Yes, it is in the 10-K as reported to the SEC. But, as I interpret Jack's comments, he wants some explanation from the company, not just some numbers from an income statement.

The truth is that we have gone to the SEC filings to get info on the latest financial figures, but what about the shareholder who has not connection to the Net? Has ETPI issued a shareholders report to the average stock holder who gets his info from the U.S. mail? I haven't seen one yet. What explanation does ETPI offer about asset depreciation (or whatever Gator and I were talking about)? I haven't seen one yet. The latest press release on Yahoo is dated January 26.

I know, Scoob, the [report's] in the mail....
Or have we gone 'stealth'?
