I don't think those investors will either convert or sell within the next several years. They would be crazy to do this. In fact, to the extent that the company can get them to commit to this, this would be helpful to the price of the stock. IE, the float would not be hurt with massive amounts of stock on the market. I think what we as shareholders have to ask is whether the conversion price the investors got is a fair one and what the ramifications of our vote on this is. I would like to see the company more active here on this as there have been legitimate concerns raised here and the price has dropped significantly since this came out.
