Zbyslaw; I am not sure what is in the forecast. I do know that the company has been saying that these two contracts along with a contract in the US (we still have not heard news on it) were the start of the wireless push by the company.

<<The bottom line, as stated in The Globe and Mail, is that "Newbridge Networks Corp.
has lost most of an estimated $333-million contract with WIC Connexus that was to be
its springboard into a lucrative U.S. market and a major plank in it push to diversify its
product line."

Newbridge announced this deal last year, and Wall Street, therefore, would not have
expected NN to lose it. No matter what kind of spin anyone puts on this contract (is it
in NN's forecast, is it in the backlog, etc.), this loss is another blow to NN's credibility,
and its stock price>>.

Regards
Glenn

This is a good news bad news day. Just like the Ottawa Senators game last night. The good news in the game was there were lots of goals scored the bad news is most of them were put in the net by Florida.

I don't know if it is in the forecast or not. Look, we had a big contract ($333-million), and now we don't! Also, the contract had provided for product diversification. The investment world was expecting this contract, a contract that was announced previously, and now its gone.

You should not focus so heavily on the forecast concerns. Your focus should be on NN's credibility given the loss of this contract and the recent earnings warning.
