Why did he issue that letter and release the shares? (when as reported he was not paid?) In his testimony at the 2 October injunction hearing Sylver claimed he'd been assured by someone called Tree Story at US Bank that a wire transfer for $1 million was on its way. What I find odd is that as far as I know AZNT has not produced any documentation of this communication from Story, nor has Story so far been called as a witness. 10 Q.
