I believe it was a merger. And I don't remember there was ever any information released about the size of the ISP they merged with. IMO it is a small local CA ISP with a small number of subscribers. Look in your local telephone books. ISP's are a dime a dozen and most won't be in business 6 months from now..

how you ask, well lets see, if you were a compnay like IMON with no sales and negative earnings, WHAT WOULD YOU DO???

Even you should be able to see what's going on here BUD !_!_! It is very apparent.

Outstanding shares went from 32 million to 45 Million, I don't know how many were from warrants and options, but since I'm providing the brains here you seem to be best at being able to do some simple legwork, go to edgar and find out how many were from warrants and options, look up the average price, they provide it to you, and then the only difficult thing you need to do is some simple multiplication and addition, I think you can handle it.

For arguments sake lets say it half the NEW shares were from warrants and options and the average price was $0.50 . Thats 3.25 million dollars IMON got for selling their stock for it's intrinsic value.

BTW what did you pay, were you one of those smart insiders who paid those juicy juicy prices, or were you one of the retail Chumps????????

cheers
