>This could be good or bad for CPQ ??

Tough call, Michael. Although in the past, DELL and CPQ have not moved en tandum, I think a lot will depend on whether people interpret the decline in DELL as problems for 'box makers' in general, thereby dragging-down CPQ and Gateway, or if the decline is attributed purely to a matter of competition among box makers, in which case CPQ [and Gateway--in which I do not hold shares] should not be wacked, and might actually have a nice pop, depending on general market conditions.

It will be interesting to see if any money starts flowing out of DELL into CPQ. As has been mentioned on this thread, numerous analysts have buy recommendations out on CPQ yet their plugs have done very little to boost CPQs price per share.
