Gene, do you have access to historical charts on your computer for Compaq? Compaq will continue to lose world market share and is probably about 3-5 years behind in implementing the direct model. I think they will suffer intensely until they understand the SUPER-CHARGED, SUPER-EFFICIENT money engine that Dell has.

From a shareholder of CPQ and DELL, it's my overwhelming view that this would be a very foolish move. I've been pondering getting out of that constant lagger CPQ
