Dow Jones news this morning: Michael Dell sold 648,000 shares of the company's common stock through a trust. The CEO's trust sold the shares Jan. 7 at prices ranging from $76.60 per share to $78.75 per share. At the end of the month, Dell was in direct ownership of about 184 million Dell Computer share and in indirect ownership of 2.6 million shares through a trust, 49,660 shares through a 401K retirement plan, 199.2 million shares through his spouse and 3 million shares through a spousal trust.
