I can't understand why anyone would sell at this point. The volume has dropped to nothing in the last few days (since the MOU) even on the options side. Surely, something is going on. I can feel it. It would seem that a company that has the potential for total revenues of 240+ million in 2003 (twice what they are now) would have a future. I wonder if Frank was still running this Tupperware party would we be in this mess. Honestly, I don't think they have the votes. Who in their right mind would vote for this messed up deal. I've read all of reports and filings and it makes me sick to think all the fees and costs that in the end I'm paying for. It's our company and these "key employees" have not gotten the best price for the shareholders. If they would spend half as much time trying to grow the business instead of these "good old boy" deals this company would have a future. Stop and just think. Stock in the 80s goes to teens then during the downturn in the market it's taken down and a few days later the 6 buck/no shares/slap in the face deal. Well folks you can have your 6 bucks because as for me I will vote no everytime they send me a proxy because this deal stinks and will continue to stink until justice is served. Never hold an election unless you have the votes and Never take a knive to a gun fight. Shiva has alot of shareholder relation problems/issues to resolve. One Share One Vote.
