Net Supply & Demand Argument Is Absurd

I've seen this "theory" crop up in recent weeks to try to explain the pullback in the internet stocks. But it's absolutely absurd. Do you think that the fact that there are more internet stocks (regardless of quality) makes all other internet stocks go down?

As if we're so indiscriminating that we just say, "I want to own internet stocks" regardless of name, quality or track record." Besides, when this glut of supply comes to market in an IPO, why does it get a 200 - 400 % markup if there is so much supply? This only propels the entire sector further.

What you have are a bunch of analysts/comentators trying to draw the bullseye around an already-shot arrow. And most are pulling straws.
