That usually happens when you have a big short in the morning like we did after the news the stock went from 12 to 17 and then they started to short...BUt the along came CNBCa nd the stock went to 26 and 28 and squeezed the norning shorts..they probably covered and took a bath..then the day-trading yahoos ..who saw it didnt go don past 23...decided to jam it on the close..because they new there was a short from the am and theose who were day trading a short had to cover and thus you had the preclose rlly which sold off in the very last 5 minutes.,..

Just easy stuff..likethat
