Ron, on CNBC this morning they were discussing this deal and Maria
mentioned that Federated was looking for more acquisitions like this.
I think DMRK or HNV could be a candidate though without going into
the financial details I am not sure which is the better candidate.
My recollection is that HNV has the better Internet infrastructure but
DMRK may have better financials based upon book value. But I am
guessing here and have not done any real DD.
