Substantial increase Steve. According to Vicker's they held 265,100 as of the 1/18/99 report or around 3.6% of the company.

Dimensional Fund Advisors now hold 548,400 according to your numbers, or 7.6%. Should have guessed an increase with the money flow into the stock in general :).

Great news Steve. Was just kicking around Jim Oberweis' site in preparation for an interview, and across a site called "Investools." It had a box to put in symbols to see if any of their small cap analysts follow the stock. So I entered BIOI.

And who turned up as having a buy on BIOI? Well, the one guy that has the best long term record according to Hulbert, is a tried and true long term value based growth investor, has outperformed Warren Buffett, and wrote probably the best investment book I've read (and I've read scores) - the "Prudent Speculator."

I can attest using his value based methodology (he uses a small cap Warren Buffett type philosophy)I've had similar investment results using the selection techniques he uses, although I find my own companies versus subscribing to his newsletter.

You can get the Sept issue free - and since he is a long term investor I'm sure BIOI is still on his buy list - it still is on mine - the company is in the February issue also but you have to pay. So who is this guy?

Click below to find the ultimate small cap value based growth investor IMO, and the mention of BIOI:
