ASCT - Please remember folks, this is a different issue now that the TM group has a hold on it. There are two scenarios here:

1) The rumor is true and this stock is taken out.
2) The rumor is not true and this issue heads slowly back to 4-5.

And possibly:

3) The rumor is true but is being delayed in which case the stock will slowly drift lower until the news hits.

Reassess your strategies and make smart trades per your risk tolerance.
