Shamrock to sell 500,000 units privately Shamrock Resources Inc SHJ Shares issued 11,061,200 Feb 22 close $0.20 Mon 22 Feb 99 News Release Mr. P.C. Devlin reports The company has arranged for a private placement of 500,000 units at 15 cents per unit. Each unit consists of one share and one warrant to purchase a further share for two years at 15 cents in the first year and 17 cents in the second. Proceeds will be used as working capital.
