Interactive Intelligence to Demonstrate New Product Features Specifically Designed for Call Centers & Distributed Enterprises

INDIANAPOLIS, Feb. 17 /PRNewswire/Interactive Intelligence(R), the global leader in the all-in-one Windows NT based unified communications server market, announced today that it will demonstrate powerful new remote capabilities and interaction management features at the CT Expo show held in Los Angeles, March 2-4, 1999. The demonstration will feature significant enhancements in version 1.3 of the Enterprise Interaction Center(R) (EIC), in addition to two new add-on products, Interaction Dialer(TM) and Interaction Director(TM), targeted at call centers and distributed enterprises.
