Oliver--
It's my sense, and not from any real polling or anything like that, that HeartSoft has many small investors with lots of 1,000 shares or less. These people are not looking for a $32 gain, or even $200...they are holding for the future, and their shares might as well be out of the float.

Remember, with a float of two million, there can only be 2,000 people in the entire world that own 1,000 shares of HeartSoft, Oliver. 2,000 out of 5.4 billion isn't many, Oliver.

My guess is that the REAL float is 800,000 shares or less. With a float that tiny, it doesn't take much demand to cause pops like yesterday and indeed, what has happened since 1/14.

And yes, it will help the price go up even further as bigger money comes in.

Cheers!
Rick
