Dear Larry: your statement " If the quarterly is accurate" is the only thing that really concerns me some. When I was practicing acctg. we always provided for income taxes at the anticipated rate for the year and adjusted the accrual as the expected rate changed. IF they are operating off of a backlog which I am sure they are, and IF the NOL carryforward is basically used up now, that must mean they will in fact have taxes in this fiscal year (6/30/99). So why was there no accrual? I am not so sure that the first two qtrs should have 0 and the last two 40% or so (combined state and fedl). For this reason only, I am wondering if they are giving us the straight scoop on the NOL. Wouldnt it be nice if they had no taxes at all? JDN
