The Random Walk thing didn't look very appealing at a long glance, so I appreciate your analysis. Awesome door stop though. If you can't judge the quality of a book by it's volume (little play on words there?), then you've shaken one of the fundamental theories upon which my life is based. How does one judge great literature? All those Russian authors drone on for chapter after chapter, but they have one thing in common, prodigious output. This also casts a shadow upon all the term papers I ever wrote and most of my professional status reports. Maybe my resume too. I'm losing the ideals and idols of my youth. Some of the hair too. Mike
