Many of us see this as a positive.

The only positive thing that is going to move this stock price, is a proven reserve and the fact that it is economical to mine. For that Brian we wait, some more anxiously then others.

Can't say too much as I haven't read the report. But, usually when you have to settle with the SEC... it is never positive.

I am really surprised MINE still has many followers when there are so many other companies that don't put themselves into troubles and still offer exciting opportunities.
