If there is a material change to the fundamentals, you need to adjust for future expectations, because the market most certainly does. Thank you for that elementary lesson. You asked only for the calculation of the sustainable growth rate, and I provided it. Nowhere did I make a statement that that was the end of the valuation story. It's just one step in what's involved in calculating a fair value for a company, including of course considering future fundamental developments, as you mentioned in your previous post. Not taking the factors you mentioned in your previous post would be absurd. RT
