10-Feb-99 LUCAS DONALD L Bought (P) 22,900 (i) Common 21.05 - 21.17 $482,493 Donald Lucas is the Chairman of the Board. Is this significant? Also...I heard on CNBC today that there have been massive redemptions in Small Cap Mutual Funds (due to their somewhat less than stellar performance last year -- and so far this year). Managers have had to sell stock to cover redemptions. Could this be one of the factors in repressing CLTR's price?
