Aside from the private penal system which I had heard was emerging a few years ago. I do believe that the bulk of this information regarding the penal systems should be readily available from the Federal and State Government. The bigger question is .... I wonder who are some of the very high profile users of the DTOX technology? A tabloid type assortment of names comes to mind. I'll bet we would be surprised to hear of some of the names.
