Dear Bob!
CCSI is in the process of completion negotiations with a potential
GLOBAL distributor.
Why it took so loooong it is hard to tell..
Seems like this should be done many months ago..
I was tempted to sell my CCSI holdings several times too and instead
added to my position.
Feel we are very close now..
Shorting here is very dangerous - we can expect an announcement any time now and stock will rock. Can go to $30 from here in a blink of an eye.

We do not know the name of device manufacturer. Why?
I was told that while in a process
of ongoing negotiations, company is under strict order of non-disclosure of any information pertaining to the matters of this agreement..
Here is an excerpt from the company press release.
Please pay attention to the second paragraph regarding ongoing negotiation.

<<As also announced, the System is being manufactured under FDA QSR as well as ISO 9001 manufacturing regulatory requirements. The Company's third party contract manufacturer is an ISO 9001-certified facility. The System includes a proprietary TLc.Lensette(TM) calibration
standard for each infant's non-invasive measurement taken while being monitored for hyperbilirubinemia.

Chromatics remains in ongoing negotiations to reach a definitive agreement with potential global distributors, and continues to move toward the completion of required due diligence. In the meantime, in order to provide the c.BiliTest(TM) System to hospitals and physicians already placing orders, and to expedite evaluation of the product by the medical community, the Company will be operating the distribution of the newly-manufactured monitors from its own Connecticut office.>>

Good luck!
