TT, my post regarded the pooling of the legal enities of Primus. From the 13G I read, they could have kept the shares "unpooled", and therefore be exempt to file, as all would have less than 5%. Why pool, if were you going to sell short term anyway? Maybe there was a legal reason to pool I am unaware of, but it seems to me they pooled for voting power, and want to publicly tie up a good portion of the float to attract more money into the stock.

These guys may want to take some money off the table, but I firmly believe they realize the huge potential here.
