Sorry I've been so long in getting back to you.

Other than problems with occasional voice recognition hiccups (usually associated w/calling on a cell phone) or answering hiccups, the complaints about the software were as follows:

1. The notepad is so buggy it's useless (no details were provided)
2. The calendar also doesn't work as promised
3. A number of people complained that TrueSynch didn't work with Macs and with NT 4.0.
4. Online billing/time usage doesn't seem to update in a timely way (as in weeks or months behind actual)

There may have been one or two others, but those were the ones I remember.
