Mark, (imo) the company has fiscal problems and these must be resolved to the satisfaction of AMEX. We do not know how the company did in 4th qtr, no release as yet, but it appears it will still be a bit in the red at the bottom line. Believe the Secure Computing Division was still a drag on earnings last quarter... we shall see. I remain reasonably confident that the problem will be resolved, but things can go sour... only time will tell. Personally, still desire that some stronger company will see some value here and take over, thus providing us with a few dollars per share. The alternative may be the need for some private placement of shares to provide needed cash, that would be very dilutive and not necessarily in shareholders best interest at this time.
