Robert Cordiano, I am not aware of any insider selling.
The info from yahoo indicates that the last one was almost year ago.

Regards
Zbyslaw

Robert Cordiano: Those insider trading reports on Yahoo are practically useless, they are not current and for a Canadian company like Newbridge, not very relevant. Most insider trading would be reported to the OSC and appear in the OSC Bulletin, but even that can be months after the fact.

On another matter, I'm surprised that no one is questioning the trading in Newbridge shares ahead of the news that came out yesterday. Who knew what, when did they know it and did they profit from this information to the detriment of other shareholders. The OSC and TSE might look into a complaint if one were filed.

P.S. I will not file such a complaint as I am a former shareholder and such complaints should be filed by present shareholders.
