Hank-

I am long term bearish on AMZN and short term neutral. I am short against the box 800 shares of AMZN. Closed out 200 short shares at 98 earlier this week.

I am not convinced that AMZN will ever be profitable, but thought we were due for a bounce short term so did a little covering.

Hank, the stock I am really fired up about is GUMM. Their sales this year were already geared to quadruple (from a very small base) and they just came out with a product called Zicam (OTC product) that defuses the common cold....Clinical studies indicate that the average cold period is cut to 1 1/2 days when people use this product. GUMM only has 6M shares outstanding and Zicam will have a profound effect on their bottom line, this year!

They are also ready to take Smithkline's Nicorette on, which goes off patent this month through one of more of the drug majors....(they will manufacture for a Pfizer or Warner Lambert {company to be determined} for instance). This company will become a cash machine for the next few years.

GUMM was expected to go to $24 this year by its only analyst before he heard of Zicam....My guess he will raise his target some time this year. I have been to the company. I know Gary Kehoe the CEO and believe him to be a very bright and honorable man. Also, this stock is attractively priced now!

I own a large number of shares of GUMM (some for over 2 years) and have been adding to my position.

Regards,

Mike
