Brian,
Great post! The way I see it GE did not settle with the SEC.. The SEC Dropped the charges, because they realized they were unsubstantiated!! I read the phrase "no admission of guilt or innocence and, as of yet, no fines" means we screwed up and lets dropp it fast!

Of course..they must settle...and in that sense, if they do, it is more positive than staying of the board. But that is it.

And if everybody is exonerated, then the SEC will have to look at the new laws "en vigueur" here in Canada...and adopt them..when it comes to mining issues.

Simply said..you cannot say you have the ounces when nothing is proven or even indicated yet....no matter what is the potential.
