Very confusing, but common sense will clear this up. This must be the diluted price..after the split. The stock would be UNABLE to trade at pre-split prices without offering the split to any and all buyers at the pre-split price. How could the stock trade at pre-split prices without giving the split to the buyers. There are stupid people out there, but c'mon...who will buy something that they know will automatically be devalued 400% 2 days after you buy it. This is the after split price, or this puppy would not be trading right now.

And that folks is plain simple common sense.

IF SOWK is that intent to be a Naz issue, then they must be serious about meeting the criteria which means an after split price of AT LEAST $3.00
