Anti, Hate to differ with you on your point about DTC. DTC will and does reflect if there is a short position. You may need to go re-check that information. DTC reflects any and all shares in street form. Where ever you got your information needs to really be checked. Don't get all pissy, but go check your information, its wrong.

This 224k was sold short in inventory and never effected delivery. HUH???? Gimme a break. The certificate was doctored and a forensic expert's report agrees. We'd really love to see that report. I asked Bob Quiel how and where the cert had been examined by an expert hired by AZNT, given that the NexTech attorneys claim it hasn't left their hands for more than a year. Quiel didn't really have an answer: just said that it had been "altered". Interestingly, though I asked him specifically if it had been examined, he declined to reply. Teifer will NEVER win this case! News flash: it appears that Tiefer already has won this case. This will make the float 780k. Nothing will EVER make the float 780K. Haven't you bothered to read wireless wonk's posts? Are you unaware how many of the WellRich clients' shares have restrictions expiring now or in the very near future? Do you really have no idea how much paper Mikey's issued recently? Sheesh. Your.... Queen of the Little People
