Not much different but what I was told:

" HPFS was previously
on the American Stock Exchange but was delisted in 1997. It has traded OTC since. The
company operates through its subsidiary Center for Special Immunology (CSI)
specializing in immune system disorders. CSI has 5 facilities in Florida, Illinois and
Calfornia. These facilities operate as subsidiaries of CSI. These facilities provide care
for HIV, AIDS, and chronic fatigue immune dysfunction syndrome patients. They also
do pharmaceutical distribution, home care, and infusion care. In addition, the company
does research and clinical trials for biotechnology and pharmaceutical companies."
