Bo first flashnet is looking to raise $46 million from the ipo. pwcc owns 10 % or 329,000 shares. So there must be 3.2 million shares outstanding for flashnet before the ipo, right. If flashnet offered all 3.2 million shares including pwcc stake and the ipo went for 15 they would raise $ 48 million. this doesn't include the underwriters allocation. What is being said is that pwcc won't OWN 10% of the new compnay regardless if pwcc sells or not. they own 329,000 shares period forgot % of flashnet because we don't how total shares there'll be yet. If u think flashnet will or could trade as high as $197 yes pwcc will move. I don't disgree about that. My guess is the stock trades to 50 or 60 ipo day
