J,

I believe there was a release on Cisco Dome some time ago in which NPEC stated it had relinquished its rights to the site in return for the other party taking charge cleaning up some environmental mess or something. Too many releases over the last couple of years to remember where to find it.

The copper thing I believe is more obvious. Copper was in the $1.15 to $1.45 range when the news came out about production started. I believe copper is sitting around .75 and it has been even lower. You can't take a 50% or more slice from your paycheck and still be very profitable. I bet the thing is barely breaking even. --Al

"OK, I will tell you. Please find the answer! I'm Looking for 10,000,000
missing shares of NPEC."

Oh, I'm sorry J, I had them in my back pocket and accidentally ran them through the wash. --Al
